>> Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples.
>> Making counter sample within 2-3 days. (sample fee required and will be back after the order)
>> After the quality, the price and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
>> Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.

Q3. What is your MOQ and price?
>>For the stock socks, our MOQ is 10 pairs.For the custom socks, our MOQ is 100 pairs per color/size/design for normal materials. For some special materials, the MOQ will increase accordingly.
>> Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.

Q4. How about your sample fee and sample time.
>>If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.
>> If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, the price will be based on the design.
>>Use the available yarn in market, Sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed.
>>Use the special yarn , Sample time is about 7-15 days after design confirmed.

Q5. How about your order lead time?
>> Lead time checking is based on deposit received and all order details is confirmed. Then the time we produce the socks.
>>If your order below 500pairs, our lead time is 5-7 working days.
>>If your order below 5000pairs, our lead time is 10-15 working days.
>>if your order over 10,000 pairs, order lead time is around 25-30working days.

Q6. What kind of shipping way can you offer?
>> We have different shipping ways can offer.
We can ship by Express( Fedex/ DHL/ UPS/TNT), by air, by train, by truck and by sea. We can go EXW/FOB/DDP method depends on you need.
>> When you provide your accurate address, order qty, then we can check different shipping cost and lead time for you.
