The machine is suitable to process all kinds of small and middle-sized shaft and plate work piece, and could also turn various threads, circle arc, circular cone, inside and outside surface of revolved body. This machine is widely used in sanitary, valve, electrical appliance, instrument, automobile, motorcycle, bearings and so on.
1.X axis travel:1040 mm.
2.Machine tool bed is casting with resin sand, with the inclination of 45°, easy to operate and remove chips.
3.Trans mission part adopts Taiwan HIWIN/PMI P3 levels ball screw, and adopt the Type 35 linear guide rail to enhance rigidity.
4.Accessories imported from Japan and Taiwan.
5.Taiwan controller system, four-axis; Other brand controller can be chosen.
6.Can be equipped with 3×3 or 4×4,side milling,end milling,end and side milling power head, realizing the turn-milling combined-type processing, simplifying the processing of complicated product, and reducing the trouble caused by secondary processing and improving product precision.
