2.How to deal with customer feedback or product quality issues?
A: We have traceable records and reports in every link of production. If there is a problem reported by the customer, we can quickly find out the cause of the problem. And immediately cooperate with the customer to negotiate and deal with it in the first time. If the loss is caused by our negligence, we will definitely compensate the customer for the loss.
3.How long is the Production Period in general?
A: Normal sample orders are shipped within 3-7 days. 10,000-30,000 orders will be shipped in about 7-10 days. For customized orders or large orders, we will negotiate the delivery time with customers according to the situation.
4.What is the shipping time and shipping cost?
A: Please contact our staff and provide relevant address information, we will provide prices for multiple shipping methods.
5. Can I visit your factory?
A: Very happy, our factory is in: Foshan, China. If you cannot visit China for other reasons, you can watch our factory by video call during our working hours.
6. Can we take free samples?
A: Of course, but shipping is not included.
7. Can you cooperate if additional certification is required?
A: Of course, if your order amount is enough, we can even bear thecost of this part.
